1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RankMyPixels (“the Service”), operated by Wiley & Co LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RankMyPixels is an AI-powered video content analysis tool. Users can upload videos or connect their TikTok accounts to receive automated feedback, scores, and recommendations to improve their content. The Service uses third-party AI models and the TikTok API to provide analysis.

3. Account and Authentication

You may sign in using Google OAuth or TikTok Login Kit. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

4. TikTok Integration

When you connect your TikTok account, we access your public profile information and video data through the TikTok API in accordance with TikTok's Platform Terms of Service. We only access data you have authorized. You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time through Settings, which will revoke our access to your TikTok data.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or connect to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing analysis and recommendations. We do not sell, share, or redistribute your content to third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload content you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. AI-Generated Analysis

Analysis results are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any analysis. You should use your own judgment when acting on recommendations.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Wiley & Co LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
